These are near net shape forgings that eliminate most machining.
Value added services like magnetic particle inspection,
heat treat, grain flow analysis, and destructive/non destructive
testing, are commonly supplied so forgings meet or exceed
your requirements. Induction heat provides high quality
forgings. The Dekalb Die Division is capable of making any closed die forge tooling with its advanced equipment. This allows manufacture of most geometrical shapes. |
